Product Details
The DC model is an irregular actuator retainer one-way clutch without inner and outer rings.
This model must be in accordance with the customer's own design of the inner ring and outer ring, bearing support axial and radial load, lubrication grease and oil seal.
The space tolerance of the contact surface of the irregular actuators must be within the range. The width of the contact surface of the outer ring and the inner ring shall not be less than size E. The contact surface shall not have any grooves to ensure normal function. Please refer to the next page.
The original factory can provide the inner ring and outer ring in standard form, please refer to the next page.
Please refer to the following surface hardness specifications if you can directly insert the hardened steel shaft and workpiece wall.
The hardness of the contact surface after grinding shall be HRC60~62, and the hardening depth shall be greater than 0.6mm.
The internal hardness of the contact surface shall be HRC35~45, the surface smoothness of the contact surface shall be less than 22CLA, and the maximum acceptable skew of the contact surface shall be 0.007mm within 25mm width
